About me
I was born and raised in Iran, I studied in Europe and I live as an immigrant in Canada.
I’ve worked as a chemist, conservator of historic buildings and a field archaeologist. It might seem they are unrelated but believe me, they all intertwine at some point. I am exploring in between all the majors I’ve studied and all experiences I’ve gained. I am an in-between person. I live between identities, languages, cultures and lands.
I write too. This is the only way I can express myself- to be less stranger in the world. I like personal stories. They help to understand misunderstood and misjudged people and places. One of my favorite parts of writing is to give voice to voiceless and hope to hopeless people, help those invisible to be seen.
